The second series of bimetal coins commemorating Mexico's 32 States. Each coin depicts a different monment or icon of the state it represents. These are meant to circulate, which makes them the only circulating silver coins in the world. Coin contains a 1/2 oz. .925 sterling silver center surrounded by an aluminum-bronze outer ring. Difficult to find because these coins are not exported by the Mexico City Mint.
